This week I read Battle Magic, By Tamora Pierce. This was probably one of the only books by Tamora Pierce that I thought was boring. I couldn't actually finish it due to the boredom inflicted only brain due to the lack of goings on in this book. It was not clear whether this was a sequel or a single  book, and nothing happened, so it was much less interesting than it could have been. It was about three Mages, Briar, Rosethorn, and Evumeimei, Two plant mages and one stone mage, all on their way to defeat the emperor.
