Flowers for Algernon

This week I read the first half of Flowers for Algernon. It was a very interesting book, and I was so engrossed that I accidentally read thirty pages too much. This book is about a man named Charlie, who has an unusually low IQ. this means he does not remember his childhood, and struggles greatly with reading and writing. He works at Donner's bakery, and is selected for an experiment that was very successful on a mouse named Algernon. This book is very good, and even if it was not selected for your book group book this book should be read by everyone.
