Hi Y'all. this week i read Froi of the Exiles by Melina Marchetta. This book is a fantasy novel about the lives of several different people in a world called Skuldenore. it is a pretty challenging read and has a lot of mature content, so i would suggest it to second year AS students who enjoy fantasy. It is a sequel to Finnikin of the Rock, so read this book after reading that one or you will be confused. The main character is a boy named Froi, who is a continuing Character from Finnikin of the Rock. Froi goes through training as a guardsman, and living his newfound life as a spy. I would say this book is in the same category as The Taran Wanderer books and the Inheritance Quartet. It is a great book and a challenging read.
